While flying can take us to some incredible places across the world, it can also have effects on our skin. For example, with limited air circulation it can lead to significant dehydration as well as with the pollution it can lead to buildup and clogged pores if not treated properly. It’s important to minimize these effects by travelling with the right products and a focused detox session after flying, in order to prevent breakouts and other problems of the skin.

Here are few ways post-flight skincare habits to incorporate for healthier skin:

1. Cleanse your skin

As soon as possible after flying, you want to go in with the cleansing routine that your routine is craving. A double cleanse, particularly, can help to remove any sunscreen and buildup on the skin without stripping of its essential oils. The first cleanse will help to remove that and the second cleanse will do the actual cleansing portion of the routine. 4. Use a replenishing serum
