During the evening I didn't see another tourist and only ate at super local places. Dam Trau Beach is my favorite beach in Con Dao. I enjoyed a day out on a long tail boat, did some snorkeling and saw coral reefs at Ko Phai, Koh Dong, and Koh Yang. The coral was the most vibrant coral I have seen in Thailand and Vietnam in the recent months. Got some Thai packed lunch on a white-sand beach and visited a Black Stone Beach. It was a relaxing day out! The clear, turquoise water is so clean that you just can't help but swim all day. The white sand is so beautiful! 💙 Life on Koh Lipe is simple and relaxed. There are not many cars on the island and you can explore everything by foot. It’s perfect for relaxing.

 🔫 I celebrated Songkran in Koh Lipe, a festival marking the Thai New Year. It’s all about making a fresh start with a splash. There’s WATER and WATER EVERYWHERE. 🏠 There are many restaurants, bars and different accommodations on the island - from low budget hostels to luxury resorts, everyone will find something suitable. 💰Low budget tip: online I found the accommodation prices very high.
